Bijay KC, PhD
Professor

PhD in Management (Delhi University, India), MBA (Temple University, Philadelphis, USA), M.Com (Tribhuvan University, Nepal).

Prior work experience: Worked as Dean of Kathmandu University School of Management from 1991/93 to 2005/06 and from 2017/18 to 2019/20. Professor and Dean at South Asian Institute of Management from 2006/07 to 2016/17. Prof. K.C. has served Kathmandu University as a member of Senate and Academic Council, Faculty Board on different occasions. He Has also been a visiting professor at the Management School of the University of Lancaster for a term.
Professor K.C. has conducted research, training and consulting services in areas of finance, general management to various organizations. He is life-time member of Management Association of Nepal (MAN) and Fulbright Alumni Association. He is also a member of Transparency International Nepal (TI Nepal) and a member of Executive Board of Association of Management Development Institutes of South Asia (AMDISA). He has also served as a member of Peer Review Team regarding South Asian Quality Assurance (SAQS) accreditation of Business schools in India and Pakistan (team leader).

Dr. Binod Krishna Shrestha, PhD

Published several research articles and case studies in marketing, entrepreneurship, business ethics and corporate social responsibility in journals and conference proceedings.Member of editorial board or reviewer of several research journals and adjudicator of PhD thesis of different universities.


Prior work experience: Training, consulting and research on enterprise and management development for several organizations, and self employed in a small manufacturing and trading business.

Biswo Poudel, PhD
Professor

PhD in 2011 from the University of California at Berkeley.

Dr. Biswo Poudel had served as the vice chairman of National Planning Commission, senior economic advisor at the Ministry of Finance, chairperson of the board of governors of ICIMOD, president of Colombo Plan council and chair of Regional Economic Cooperation and Integration (RECI) in Asia and the Pacific. He also served as the chief economic advisor of Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI).

 
Dr. Poudel has published in professional journals such as American Journal of Agricultural Economics, Applied Economic Perspectives and Policy, and Applied Economic Letters. He has also presented his research in conferences such as American Economic Association annual conference, AAEA annual conference, and European Association of Association of Envirenmentals and Resource Economists Annual Conference.
