Course Delivery

KUSOM emphasizes more on learning by the students themselves rather than on teaching them. It adopts those teaching methods that encourage students’ active participation and involvement.

The school main teaching tools are:

  • Case Methods;
  • Group discussion and presentations;
  • Field visits;
  • Project work assignments etc.

Throughout the two-year program, students are motivated to define and analyze the problems or issues, evaluate options and make decision. Lecture, oral presentation, and other teaching methods like role playing, class room exercises, debates etc. are used to complement the case method and project works.
